Kostas Cerpinskis (Šiauliai) – translator, photographer, and postcard publisher. Between 1920 and 1926 he issued several series of 114 different numbered postcards (nos. 1–76). Most depicted views of Kaunas, Tauragė, and the Šiauliai region, photographed by Čerpinskis himself and printed in Leipzig. He was one of the founders and collectors of exhibits for the Aušra Museum in Šiauliai, and served as secretary of the Local History Society. His greatest lifelong passion was the collection of postcards, books, postage stamps, and ex libris.
